48 Hours Prior: If you cancel your test appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of the test fee.
24-48 Hours Prior: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the test fee.
Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Get Well Labs: In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Before Test Appointment:
24 Hours Prior: You can reschedule your test appointment without any penalty if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Less than 24 Hours: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a nominal rescheduling fee.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
Non-Refundable Situations:
If the test has already been conducted.
If the cancellation is made after the sample collection has been initiated or completed.
Any charges incurred by third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, logistics partners) may not be refundable.
